My process starts with people. I interview, observe, and test before I design, so every decision has a reason behind it

.hello
I’m a UX researcher with a background in QA engineering and an M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
Today, I focus on understanding user needs through research and turning insights into clear product direction. My work spans usability testing, user interviews, accessibility, privacy, and information architecture, with a strong emphasis on making digital experiences more intuitive and usable.
Before transitioning into UX, I spent five years in QA engineering across fintech and IoT products. I worked closely with user-facing systems used at scale, where I developed a strong eye for friction points, usability issues, and how product decisions affect real users. That experience naturally led me toward UX, where I could move earlier in the process and help shape solutions, not just evaluate them after they were built.
